Quite possibly the worst interview experience I've ever had. The interviewers were incredibly rude and unprofessional. I'm so glad I didn't move past the interview phase, as the company already wasted enough of my time. I definitely dodged a bullet.

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Apex K.K. (Tokyo) in Feb 2025
Interview
The interviewer was purposely confrontational, dismissive, and even made unnecessarily disrespectful comments toward me. I understand his intention was probably to “test” my resilience or see how I handle pressure, but it came off as an outdated approach that made the company feel like one of those cutthroat wall street-style firms from the 80s that care little about their employees.
If you have to resort to rudeness in a basic job interview just to weed people out, it tells me the company values aggression over professionalism and hierarchy over collaboration. But I suppose if they’re still using these tactics, they’re really just looking for people willing to blend in and contribute to a toxic company culture.
Just a heads-up to anyone else applying.
