They interviewed me, offered me a job verbally, went through salary negotiations, and then, while I was considering whether to take the role, called me and told me there had been a mistake and no offer would be forthcoming. Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate to the candidate. Average interviews, don't seem very well thought out with some arbitrary requirements that don't seem to line up necessarily with the role.
