Apogee Electronics interview questions

After submitting the application the process of getting the interview went really fast. First there were phone screens by Betty, the CEO, then by a hiring manager. Within a week I flew in for an on-site interview. I was interviewed by a panel of CEO, head of engineering and the hiring manager. There weren't any real technical questions just a few queries about my work experience. Afterwords I was given a tour of the facility. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. The whole thing felt to be more of just a personality test. Since the I haven't heard back. While I certain sure Apogee is a nice small company to work for, but the interview process just doesn't seem all that serious. If I was overqualified for this role, I am wondering why the accepted me to go in for an interview?

Called me in for an interview. I prepared for almost a week for the interview. The CEO Betty Bennett interviewed me personally. Interview barely lasted 15 minutes. Did not ask me anything. I assume, I was overqualified for the position. Took me on a tour of the facility. Looked very positive. Went back home happy and satisfied. Then they asked me to provide 3 references. Ran behind Professors for a week. Spoke to them about it. They all agreed. Compiled a list of references and sent it the HR. Never heard back from the company after that. They did not even have the courtesy to inform me that I did not get the position. A total waste of my time and energy. Gives me bad memories when I look back. An unprofessional company to say the least.
