After submitting the application the process of getting the interview went really fast. First there were phone screens by Betty, the CEO, then by a hiring manager. Within a week I flew in for an on-site interview. I was interviewed by a panel of CEO, head of engineering and the hiring manager. There weren't any real technical questions just a few queries about my work experience. Afterwords I was given a tour of the facility. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. The whole thing felt to be more of just a personality test. Since the I haven't heard back.
While I certain sure Apogee is a nice small company to work for, but the interview process just doesn't seem all that serious. If I was overqualified for this role, I am wondering why the accepted me to go in for an interview?
