The first step is a phone call, then you have interviews with a few different people, you take a personality test and then a final interview. Over all it was long but not hard.

Interview
Really thorough interview process. I was contacted by their executive assistant/recruiter coordinator who I had an initial phone screen with. Then I had a first round of interviews with three separate leaders, followed by an assessment and then another round of interviews. Even though the process was long, it gave me a good idea of what the company does and how their leadership operates. I enjoyed meeting with them and appreciated the process is the long run.
