Interview
Compensation Discrepancy: Significant inconsistency between the CTC offered by the Talent Acquisition (TA) team and the figures presented by the hiring manager.
Aggressive Recruitment Tactics: The process felt rushed and high-pressure. There was an unprofessional insistence on a "commitment to join" before an offer was even finalized, including requests for screenshots of my official notice period.
Unprofessional Conduct: During the coordination phase, the TA recruiter openly complained about their own manager, which raised concerns regarding the internal work culture.
Vague Interview Standards: Technical rounds focused heavily on rote syntax and "book questions" rather than architectural thinking or system design, which felt outdated given the current AI-assisted development landscape.
Lack of Preparation: Interviewers appeared unprepared and struggled to move beyond a rigid script to discuss high-level design approaches or practical problem-solving.
Note to Candidates: Be prepared for a disorganized hiring pipeline and ensure you have all compensation details in writing early on to avoid last-minute pivots.

Question 1
What are the different types of error handling techniques in Snaplogic?
The recruiter initially contacted me and scheduled an interview with a staffing company. During the interview, the interviewer focused heavily on very specific syntax-level questions rather than discussing problem-solving, system design, or overall technical understanding. The questions were extremely detail-oriented and centered on exact syntax rather than practical application or real-world scenarios.
