Apollo Behavior interview questions

The interview process was easy. First, there was a zoom meeting that was about 15 minutes long. Then there was an in-person interview that asked situational questions. Lastly, you get to shadow an RBT to get a feel for the job.

First, I had a virtual interview with the head of recruiting. It was scheduled for 20 minutes but we went over as I had a lot of questions and she took the time to answer everything. From there, she sent over two behavior questionnaires and a treatment plan that needed to be completed in 3 hours. Once that was reviewed, I was invited to an in-center interview with the clinical director and another higher up. I received a tour and was able to shadow a BCBA to hacve the chance to ask her questions as well.
