I was invited to interview here 3 times. The first time I had a quick video interview, followed by an in person interview at their office. A few days later I was contacted and they said they thought I would be good for the company but wanted to go with someone with more direct experience. A few months later, after constantly seeing the role relisted, I contacted the person I spoke with previously again and was invited to interview again with a different person. Was rejected after that call. Forward another few months, the role is listed again and again. I sent in another application, and again am invited to interview. It’s the same person I met with during the first interview. They told me she didn’t remember me, but would review the notes from the first interview and get back to me. Never heard from them again. The staff I met in the office were nice, but I wonder about their hiring practices, if jobs are just listed constantly.

I was interviewed by 6 people for an entry-level CSM role ($60K, no bonus structure). It took 5+ hours. I was asked to go to lunch because the last person was in a meeting.
