Had a great experience! This is definitely not an interview you can coast through but everyone was very friendly throughout the process.
3 Step Process:
- 30 min HR screening call.
- 1 hour call with hiring manager going through your resume in detail
- 2 hour call with different members of upper management (Behavioral & Situational questions) This is where the interview gets challenging. I recommend going online and reviewing different behavioral and situational questions.
