I enjoyed the interview process because it was comprehensive to toQA life. It involved a screen call with recruiter, then an interview with hiring manager. Finally, there were 3 Technical interviews going through various parts of the QA process - design, unit tests, and hands on manual testing.

I recently interviewed with AppFolio, and it was one of the most enjoyable interview processes I’ve experienced. There were four rounds in total, and each question/ assignment round felt intuitive and aligned perfectly with the actual requirements of the role. The entire process was structured logically, making it easy to navigate and stay confident at every step. I especially want to highlight the Sr. Technical Recruiter at AppFolio—her support was incredible! She was incredibly kind, attentive, and a true professional. Thanks to her approach and feedback, the whole experience felt smooth and encouraging. I was also deeply impressed by the team members I had the chance to speak with. They were incredibly supportive, always willing to help clarify any questions I had, and made me feel truly welcome throughout the process. It became clear to me that this is exactly the kind of team I would love to work with—collaborative, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about their work. Overall, my interview process with AppFolio was a truly valuable and inspiring experience, reinforcing my desire to one day be part of this amazing company.
