I learned about the position through a couple of linkedin connections at AppNexus. I applied online via an internal referral. I was screened on the phone by a recruiter. They setup another phone screen with the hiring manager of the position. I was brought in for four 1:1 interviews at the NYC office in JAN 2016.

Tell me about the most successful team you have worked on. What attributes made them successful?
Solid. Thorough. Great people. Recruiters were thorough and helpful throughout the process. Think other people interviewed on the same day i did too which added pressure but seemed efficient. Thanks for listening to my review - is this 30 words yet?

Interview
It all started off with a call from the hiring manager and then met up with team about 2 weeks later. For the third interview, I was given a task to present and share a hot topic in the adtech world. Follow by the fourth and fifth interview with the management team. The coordination and the process was smooth and professional.
