I was setup with this interview through a recruiter from Workbridge (p.s. they are shady don't work with them)
First interview went extremely well I met with the hiring manager, the CTO and two members of the QA team. They asked me to go over my background and asked me questions to pick at my brain and logic behind things.
Second interview was just with one member of the QA team the other member was on a personal leave. This individual which showed up to the interview wearing sandals, basketball shorts, and a dirty shirt. That was unprofessional. He asked me to go over my background once more and then proceeded to ask me another set of brain teasers.
I tried the best I could but I felt like this individual wasn't playing fair or attempted to help me or guide me. Instead he kept asking me to explain myself and made me second guess my intelligence. I became flustered and I felt like throughout the interview he was setting me up for failure instead of success.
When the CTO came in I did a technical challenge to setup selenium on his personal computer and write a script to pull some images off there company site. This was fine.
At the end of the interview I attempted to uncover why exactly they were hiring QA and I was given a pretty vague answer.
