Appalachian State interview questions

I submitted the application through the form and heard back the next day. The interview was extremely relaxed and easy, and I immediately knew if I was hired or not. The interviewers were all super friendly.

The department chair's short notice and the overall lack of engagement from the interviewees made for a disappointing interview experience. While three faculty members were present, only the department chair actively participated in the conversation. The other two faculty members remained silent, making their inclusion seem unnecessary. The interview felt rushed and impersonal, with little opportunity for meaningful dialogue or feedback. Overall just a waste of my time.
