Recruitment call then call with the hiring manager. Hiring manager said she will discuss with the recruiter of the next steps and haven’t anything for two weeks. They need to learn how to stop ghosting and be transparent with the real feedback of the interview whether a person got the job or not. Wouldn’t want to work for a company with this type of value and mindset, it says a lot!
