Interview
I was surprised that when I dropped off my application they had me fill out test questions. Questions like what is the antidote to warfarin. I thought this was a little strange

They interviewed me asked what hours I preferred and then said right now they have no open positions but just wanted to see what was out there.

Interview
I was not interviewed for my position. Therefore, I would not know the facility’s interview process. Being that they are severely understaffed, I am sure that the process is very quick and easy.
