Interview
The interview was fairly smooth as far as previous job information nothing to imposing or interpersonal. Overall took about 15 minutes and was hired on the spot to start orientation later that week .
No previous experience was necessary though did help secure the position as a bartender ... Though this was upon immediate interview with the general manager.

Interview
Starting with the application it was a little fishy because they set my interview before I even filled out an application just for the application to be barely existing. They then canceled my interview 2 hours before it started with no ability to reschedule.
Alright overall pretty good but definitely be prepared to conduct yourself in a positive light and don't forget to smile. Standard interview protocols do apply to teenagers as well but you'll be fine if you prepare
Normal process. In person interview, just be yourself and you will get the job if you know what you are doing. Applebees is the best. They want the best of the best servers working for them.
