easy, simple, and straightforward. Managers ask you basic questions and read what kind of person you are. Just be a decent human being and you should be fine. Make sure you don't wear street clothes that make you look like a fool.
I say down with the front of house manager and had a classic interview, lasted less than 30 minutes. Was told they'd call me for my start day and that was that.

Process time wasn’t that long. Only took up to 10 minutes. The interviewer was nice and had patience. The questions that were being asked were basically the same for every fast food or restaurant company.

Went in for a set up interview just for the interviewer‘s shift to not start for another three hours. Left my name and number and was told I’d get a call later that night but never heard anything.
