Overall one of the worst interviews I've experienced...and for once it wasn't me. I am not great at interviewing since I am always so nervous but I give it my best shot always.... normal interviews the interviewer will start off by talking about the company.. themselves etc. and making the person they are interviewing comfortable... I got no such luxury. The interviewer was frazzled, could tell she didn't want to be there and was wearing a hoodie. Now it was a virtual, teams meeting however first impressions are a thing and the interview is a 2 way process. That didn't make me feel comfortable in the slightest. Started off with niceties of thank you for attending and nice to meet you and then went straight into, "So tell me about yourself." Again, no segway, no way of making me feel comfortable. As someone that was interviewing for Brand Experience and also in the field herself, you are the face of the company. You are LITERALLY selling the brand and to have that experience put a very bad taste in my mouth. My feeling is that there was already someone picked and they had to post and interview some others just so they wouldn't get in trouble but again, make people feel you actually care about your job and the company you work for.
