I sat down with the hiring professional and was asked a few questions about my experiences and how they might relate to teaching for the SAT and ACT. I had to prepare a presentation of something I knew how to do well and teach it to the interviewer. I also had to take a timed practice test to make sure I had knowledge enough to actually be able to teach the material. I was offered the job on the spot.
