Interview
The interview was more of a conversation than an interrogation. The main purpose of the interview was to give me information on th expectations of the company for me as an employee. I was also incouraged to ask qustion to determine if the position would not only be a good corporate fit, but a personal fit as well.

Interview
I was nervous on my interview. As soon as I got into the office with Frank and Jenny they assured me there was nothing to be nervous about. It was very laid back. I didn't feel like I was being put on the spot at all.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Appliancepartspros.com in Jun 2011
Interview
Very laid back and easy. They make you write a paragraph about why you want to work for them, and what you could do. Be professional. They want to get to know you more than anything else in this interview, so just relax and be yourself. If you don't, they'll tell you to. You have to go in the front door and use the phone to call a supervisor to let you in. It's a secure building, so that's a plus!
