The most ridiculous interview process ever. First, unsure of what they want. Second, have no courtesy of letting a candidate know that they have already made a decision and then requested another interview to see how the candidate “felt” about the interview. Third, asked if the candidate would be interested in another role but instead of explaining what they envision the role to be, expected the candidate to describe what they think the role is. How does this even work? LOL.
