After attending 4 rounds I was so confident of getting through but disappointed with the company's decision and planning.
1st Round - Technical Round with Lead, gave problem solving task on the call itself, then shared case study as Home Assignment
2nd Round - case study design presentation plus technical questions
3rd Round - with Onsite VP again case study presentation, technical questions
4th Round - Managerial Round, questions on work, Team, technology etc. Discussed about notice period, if I'm fine with work location.
At the end got a rejection mail saying they prefer to hire other candidates whose qualifications & experience match with their requirements. Very disappointing to know such a reputed company need so many rounds of interviews for making decision. Such a waste of time and effort which are precious.
I suggest they relook into interview process and panel members who can assess the candidate more efficiently instead of having so many rounds of discussions.
