The screening call was straightforward. The recruiter introduced the role and the company, and then asked a few questions about resume and past experiences. The recruiter was professional and courteous on the call The company strung candidates along for months on end. They committed to some timeline but then was not able to deliver on the timeline. I believe they were stringing people along because they gave some excuses, but they probably had another candidate in mind.
