After a phone screen there was an aptitude test and personality test. The aptitude test was broken into two parts, one was the computer programmer aptitude battery which involved completing flow charts; and the second part was a wonderlic test. After that there is a take-home assignment which involves writing a script to perform a certain task using Visual FoxPro. After that is an interview with the manager of the team, which was very relaxed (no behavioral questions or intense grilling, just a conversation to determine if the job seems like a good fit)

I was first contacted by a recruiter for a screening phone call. Afterwards, I was asked to complete a couple aptitude assessments and a programming project. I passed the assessments and the project, and the next step was supposed to be an interview with the hiring manager, but this has been put on hold due to Covid-19.
