      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ApprovalMax in Oct 2025

      Interview

I applied for the role on LinkedIn, and about two weeks later the Head of People reached out and invited me for an interview. The meeting lasted around an hour, and overall the conversation left a good impression. I especially appreciated the transparency around why the position opened and what’s going on in the company. The questions were a mix of case-based and behavioral. At the end of the interview, I was given very positive feedback, so I was pretty surprised when no one followed up afterward. I only found out that I wasn’t moving forward because I reached out to the interviewer myself two weeks after the call.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Some of the unusual questions I was asked: How many of them are net new connections? How many contacts do you have on LinkedIn? How many of them are based in Serbia? How many of them work with .NET?
