Interview
1st round, recruiter screening (pretty straight forward), followed by Assessment (CCAT) and thereafter hiring manager interview. Final round is a sales presentation - a product your choice (this is fair) and Q&A.

Last stage of an interview was with managers and they had quite difficult quetions, perhaps that is why I failed to receive an offer
Long winded, friendly HR (Talent Team). Team worker (same role) spiky and challenging. But not helpful challenging. It was almost a case of one upmanship. If not for this individual then experience would have been positive. so don't be deterred.

No surprises, 4 stages. Hiring Manager sceening, Hiring Manager formal, cultural interview with peer, with panel being final step. I had first by zoom, second in person and the panel was to be in person.
