I’m not sure what the hiring process is. The CCAT test a prerequisite before you’re considered. This was a complete waste of time. I have 10 years of Finance experience and this company wanted me to jump through hoops taking an irrelevant test. Beware of companies like this. That’s all. If you don’t know what the CCAT is search it. This company doesn’t pay enough to require these types of useless tests.
