Two interviews...with different people. You must be able to communicate and maintain good eye contact. Answer all questions as they come. Do not try to skip over any questions they ask of you. Experience, education, Medicare, Active Health and Life insurance license, Strong track record in insurance, customer service, understand CMS and compliance. Understand ACA. Understand Matrix system just to name a few things. Strong Communication skills is a must. I must admit this interview could go from average to difficult real quick. Make sure you know your stuff. And research this company before hand. Remember to use the star method when answering questions. Practice well before you go to this interview. You only get one shot. So do well the first time around.
