Very easy! I applied online and got an email of where to go for my interview in person and a time. My boss is the sweetest person ever and whenever my pool ran out of something she would drive right over to my pool and be there in 20 min to help me out! The interview process was also super quick and 1 on 1. She just asks you a few simple questions and your lifeguard certificate and you're good to go!

The interview is a very manageable process. It is obviously tailored toward teenagers since that is the main age group of lifeguards that are willing to work. It includes a pretty casual chat with the manager just about why you want the job and why you think you'd. be a good fit.
