I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Aquatico Pool Management (Katy, TX) in Mar 2017
Interview
In a tight office, very unprofessional. The interviewer continuously stopped the interview process to talk to others who'd barge into the room. The interviewer would not speak directly to me, had their back turned the entire time.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aquatico Pool Management in Jan 2012
Interview
You apply online via Aquatico's website. Afterwards, if your application matches their requirements, then you will get a call to schedule an in person interview. The interview is fairly simple, just to get to know you- your work ethic, your time management, etc. If you match with their responsibility level, you will be invited to complete the Red Cross training. If you complete the Red Cross physical tests as well as the written tests, then you will be offered a job with the company and placed at a pool.

Interview
For me, I have worked as a Lifeguard for several years, so going into the interview with stories for the owner was not a problem. I was also coming from Ohio, which impressed him. It definitely helps to show the person you are interviewing with how you can confidently do the job with minimal supervision.
