The interview process was fairly standard. I met the lead supervisor of the store I applied to, who dealt with hiring new employees. The interviewer asked questions about availability, workload if in school (which I was at the time), prior work history, and a few trivia questions about the franchise I was applying for specifically (Starbucks) to see if I did some background research. After the interviewer asked their questions, I asked some about the employer and their work environment. All in all it was a fairly pleasant experience and not stressful.
