I applied about two weeks before I got called for an interview. I interviewed with the hiring manager at the place I wanted to work at. She was a very good interviewer and it was fairly easy. I got a call back in the next three days and was offered the job position.

Interview
Individual interview and group activities. Questions about customer service will be asked and group activities will be conducted. Be proactive and show leadership skills. Interview process is fast. 11, 11, 11.
Schedules interview immediately after application submission. Application easy to apply for. People are nice during the interview process. They show you around the company during interview. Requires background check and drug testing. Can take up to three weeks for the them to respond back to you after completing interview in person with them.

Interview
It was very easy, and it seemed like they were eager to hire students who went to James Madison University. The interview process uses the STAR method and likes to see how prospects were faced with a situation then what their task was, and the action they took to complete the task and address the situation, and then what the results were.
