Applied back in July online. Was contacted at the end of September by an in house Sr. Recruiter. We had a 10 minute phone call which consisted of me explaining my background and what I am looking for. He too explained the position and what Aramark was looking for. Next he scheduled me a face-to-face interview with two individuals for the following week. HQ is pretty impressive and highly secured. I arrived 15 mins early and had to wait in lobby for the interviewer to come and get me. We then proceeded to the cafeteria, which is very aesthetically pleasing. We spoke for about 45 mins. He explained the position, what they were looking for, then asked me general interview questions, maybe two that pertained to the actual positions. He was very impressed with my interpersonal skills and experience and informed me I would be meeting with the next individual. The 2nd person I interviewed with was very up front and transparent. He let me know up front he just wanted to have a dialogue and gave me a very high-level spill of the department and what the team is trying to accomplish. Interview went very well.

We talked about my education and professional background as well as what it was like to work at the Warren Tech Center. Was polite and informative of the company.
