I applied through university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Aramark (Newark, DE) in Mar 2014
Interview
I had a Skype interview but they also recruited on campus. They try to get back to you in a weeks time which is really nice. They ask you pretty basic behavioral questions such as:
1. Name a time when you were able to help someone who was struggling? Why was this difficult? How did it help you
2. Why Aramark?
3. What segment of the industry are you interested in?
The recruiter was really nice and friendly, and made the process not intimidating.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. What is the most frustrating thing about your job? (I work for Aramark)
2. What is the thing you are least proud of on your resume?
The interview was nice, they had a few rounds of online meetings where they asked some basic questions after an initial phone screening. Interviewers were nice throughout the process. I also felt that they asked fair questions for the most part so that was another positive.
The process is impersonal, but it is a big company and highly competitive. The interview process is pretty easy and straight forward, however the interview is online. They ask questions and give you about 2 minutes to answer the questions.

Question 1
Describe a situation in which you faced adversity and how did you overcome it.
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aramark (Orlando, FL) in Jan 2019
Interview
It was easy. Not much to do. The process was quick as well. You can begin working as soon as possible, when school is in season. I recommend if you are looking for easy on-campus work.
