I set up a phone screen through the automated chat bot on their website. in our before the phone screen I got an automated text with a reminder and then about 12 minutes later I got a text asking to reschedule. Fine. I rescheduled for one week later at the same time. About 70 minutes before the scheduled call, I got another text asking me once again to reschedule. Nope. We’re done. my time is not being valued and my candidate experiences already crap so why would I want to work here? At least send an email with an apology from an actual human being. This AI stuff is so cold and impersonal. Embarrassing for such a large company.
