Foi um dos melhores processos seletivos que já participei, composto por três etapas: entrevista com o RH, entrevista técnica e a ultima com o gestor. Em alguns momentos foi necessário falar inglês. A entrevista técnica foi muito bem conduzida, com perguntas pertinentes e um desafio de código justo, focado em avaliar a lógica e a resolução de problemas.

The interview process was in three stages. First step: Just a quick 20 minute chat with the Recruiter to get her to know your profile and experiences and then a short conversation in English to understand her level of proficiency in the language. Second stage: Talk of about 1 hour and a half with two software engineers, where they will ask technical questions about the platform you work on, design patterns, SOLID principles. After that a quick chat in English about technical matters and after that a little challenge to solve together with them in pair programming. Last step: A 1.5-hour conversation with an HR person to talk about the company's culture and values ​​and then a conversation with a person who can be your leader when he is in the company. This conversation will be about your professional experiences, your profile, your knowledge and career goals. After that, a more relaxed chat in English to assess your level.
