There was an initial phone interview with Human Resources to go over my qualifications and experience. From there, I was invited to 2 in-person interviews. The first interview was with the hiring manager and the direct supervisor. The second interview was with the entire team I would be working with. The interview process was smooth and organized. It was also fairly quick.
