there was an initial phone screen with HR and a Zoom interview with the engineering team. I ended up getting an offer in 2 days and accepted. we Talked about the other prior internship and school coursework such as engineering classes
Applied, invited to interview with HR but got expedited to panel interview, was about an hour long with 4 interviewers, all of whom are in the team I will be interning for (stormwater)

I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Arcadis in Oct 2022
Interview
The interview was 3 rounds mostly focused on fit questions. Interviewers grouped together based on fit. Questions were nontechnical and simple. Overall a great process even though 3 rounds seemed daunting at first.
