It was online tests like computer games and clicking right when seeing even number and left when seeing odd number and this repeated with six different sets of unique games.

Bad experience---- I applied through the website to a position as an environmental consultant in Darmstadt, Germany . Initially I had one phone interview with one of the partners, posteriorly I was invited to an interview, in which one of the department managers and the HR responsible took part. I had a good interview (in German) and I left with a good feeling, even when the HR person walked me out of the building, he said that It had gone well and that I´d hear soon from them. Three days later I received a template based automatic rejection . I was very surprised so I contacted the HR and Managers (those that´d been at the interview) to get feedback, to my surprise the manager didn´t even know about the rejection, I contacted the HR person and didn´t know either about the rejection. He suggested to contact the person that had sent the Email. When I contacted the person, he said he would contact me, but he didn´t and nobody could tell anything. What happened ? Rejection based on what ? Qualifications ? Salary? Since I´m not German ( I´ve been here several years and I am fluent) I can´t help to suspect, Racism? I still wonder what It was, specially since the interview went very well, I had a good feeling as well as the people that took part and nobody, at least they could´ve given feedback or a valid reason.

goed, normale vragen over eerdere carrière. Geen aparte vragen die ze tegenwoordig kunnen vragen bij een sollicitatiegesprek. Ontzettend vriendelijk bij het gesprek, en was leuk. Gewoon een normaal sollicitatiegesprek dus. Verdere regeling met contracten ed. ging erg voorspoedig. Niks op aan te merken verder dus.
