Went through multiple rounds of interviews which took a couple weeks. Received an email form HR saying they were working on an offer and I should have it shortly which was odd as that is not standard from my past experience. Next day came and went, I emailed and called multiple times to follow. Nothing, they totally ghosted me. This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I have had with an HR department. Absolutely incomprehensible to take a candidate through the process and to totally disregard them. If this is how they treat prospective applicants I can only imagine how they treat actual employees. It is no wonder their C-suite turns over every year.
