I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Archer Recruitment in Feb 2023
Interview
I was called for four different interviews and at the end got told that I had no sales experience even if it was clear from my cv and even tho most of the people I met in the company were clearly stating how experience doesn’t matter and how they had a lot of training for inexperienced people, wouldn’t reccomend interview process is long and at the end they keep your hopes high and just confuse you
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Archer Recruitment (Dublin, Dublin) in Feb 2022
Interview
Three step process, two different video calls and then an inperson interview which lasted over almost 2 hours.
I found it quite unprofessional that after all of the effort that went into the process that I had to chase up twice to get any feedback (standard rejection email). One of the interview panel asked a couple of strange questions such as "I want you to ask me an uncomfortable personal question".
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
"Ask me a really uncomfortable question"
"When was a time you broke the rules"
Had a very brief ten minute video call discussing elements of background and experience. Questions ranged from hobbies, why I applied for a job as a recruiter, what I liked about the job, to greatest achievement in life.
