I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Arden Asset Management (New York, NY) in Jan 2012

Interview

Put you through multiple days of interviews. Starting meeting HR person and junior person initially. Next day met mid - level professionals. Then came senior level people. Next came meeting the senior people who run the entire firm. This included the firm head and founder.

I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Arden Asset Management in Sept 2012

Interview

Was asked to come in off the bat. Interview was with HR woman who didn't seem to care about my resume or what else I brought to the table. Didn't let me ask questions and shooed me out in 10 minutes. Very rude.
