easy, asked very general question to gauge your customer service skills. As long as you're honest and pleasant you will be fine. The interviewer was nice to talk to as well

Gave my resumé in-person and they scheduled an interview the next week. They asked introductory questions, behavioural, and situational questions based on the the role. I received a call about the job offer a few days after.

If you had a lineup of customers waiting at the till, shoes to clean up in the shoe area, and clothing to fold, how would you tackle this and in what order?
One interview only. Starts with questions such as ask me about yourself and why would you like to work here. Around 20 minutes. They asked me what I would do in situations like differences with colleagues or miscommunication.
Interview process was easy and mostly consisted of behavioral questions. Make sure to show interest in Ardene and have experience working with customers or atleast prove you can handle customers in different situations
