First completed a Phone Screen interview with the Director of HR. Very Professional Then all 5 candidates for a Director role were brought in on the same morning to conduct a 4 round, round-robin style interview process with different personnel/groupings. My shortest interview lasted 35 minutes while my longest lasted 48 mins. One candidate had an interview last only 16 minutes. All candidates had 1-2 different periods of waiting in between interviews as well. Was very, very displeased when sitting outside the offices waiting and the C.O.O. acknowledged a candidate with "I know this guy!". Made myself as well as another candidate question why we were still there and if the company was just "checking their boxes" that they posted and conducted interviews. Made me feel that I wasn't 4 hours of PTO.
