I was referred by someone I used to work with that I contacted via Linkedin. The interview process was handled thoughtfully by HR. My HR contact went over available positions throughout local agencies, and worked with me to find the most appropriate potential positions. The HR rep also went through my portfolio with me, and asked about the work, particularly what my role had been in the pitch or campaign. I interviewed with a CD, and then I was brought back when I informed HR I had another offer pending, and they speeded up the process of subsequent interviews with team members.
