There were two interview stages. Firstly there was the group interview. There was lots of us so we were split into two groups, we had to draw a super hero for Argos and say what qualities they had to help with serving customers. After that followed a presentation of our person to the other group, not everyone had to speak. Secondly there was the 1:1 interview with the assistant manager and a store colleague. The routine questions were asked like about my previous work history (in which I had none and this was my first job).
