Interview
Was a group interview of around 8 people and lasted around 45 mins. First task was to desribe your partner and the second was to design a customer service robot that would be suitable to work in Argos
There was an application, a group activity and role play where you had to describe items from the catalogue and then if successful there was a competency interview with a manager.
General questions were asking and the interview was quite informal.

Friendly and relaxed. Questions relevant to role. Asked about skills and experience. Discussed working pattern and availability. Discussed all roles available for Seasonal work and overtime
Invited for second interview.
