Interview
Applied online and got a phone call (on a Sunday) a few weeks later. The guy was really nice and asked me a few simple questions. The call lasted around 15 minutes. He then invited me for an interview on the Thursday. The interview as well was fine. A lot of questions, a lot of them scenario based. None were extremely difficult. The manager was lovely, we chatted and he made the atmosphere really nice and calmed my nerves quite a lot. He said he'd be in touch over the next few days, but I got a call a few hours later offering me the job.

Do all customers expect the same level of customer service?
Previous retail experience, chat about different scenarios such as difficult customers, how you would solve a problem, your availability, and what skills you have. Friendly interview experience. Welcoming place and good locations.

Interview
Completed an Online questions to be completed then call back phone assessment and then offered interview a week or two later. Relaxed interview with the manager and the assistant manager in the store office. Was told I would hear back within a week or so. Got an email to say I had been unsuccessful.
