Given a customer scenario had to present back to the group
Individual test/quiz
Design Argos superhero as a group
Filled out forms (shirt size, availability)
The group interview lasted 1 and 1/2 hour

Interview
I applied online, received a phone call the next day to arrange an interview. Had my interview two days later which was a small talk with two of the managers, lasted about 15 mins and they told me at the end of the interview that i had got the job:)

Interview
1 to 1 interview with the manager.
We sat in a small office and he had a questionnaire from which he asked questions and took note of my answers.
He told me a bit about himself and he said that he has been working in the industry for many years and that he began as a customer advisor.
He asked me about around 10 question which were quite challenging so prepare yourself.
He also asked about my current employment and warned me that the job is temporary. He spoke about the pay,training,uniform.
