Went for a group interview at the store. We worked in teams to present what we thought a good customer service advisor should be like. Then we said a little bit about ourselves& backgrounds. Got a call a few days later asking about previous experience, skills and availability.

The Argos interview was structured and professional, with competency-based questions and a clear focus on customer service. The interviewer was friendly and calm, making the process feel fair, organised, supportive. Overall it was a standard retail interview about experience and availability
