I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Argos (Colchester, England) in Oct 2021
Interview
They were really lovely and made me feel at ease, great questions that i was able to answer well. I was comfortable and it wasn't too serious.
The interview took about 30 mins from when i entered and exited the store but excluding non question time: 15-20 mins.
You had to do an online assessment with your application with some scenario questions and then questions that are personality tailored. Then offered a 1 to 1 interview supposed to last 30 minutes

Tell us about a time you've had to deal with an unhappy customer ?
Casual conversation talking about experiences, skills etc. What the role was about and responsibilities it carries. Asked my availability and flexibility. Make sure you have questions to ask the interviewer asking about key aspects of the role.
